Flexport has introduced over 20 new AI-powered tools aimed at revolutionizing global logistics. A key highlight is Flexport Intelligence, an advanced system that enables businesses to gain real-time insights into their supply chain by simply asking questions in natural language. This tool allows users to generate reports and build dashboards without requiring technical expertise, making supply chain management more accessible.

Another major innovation is the Flexport Control Tower, which allows businesses to leverage Flexport’s technology even when using third-party carriers. Early adopters of this system have reported an average 10% reduction in freight costs. The platform has also expanded its capabilities to include order and allocation management, third-party booking, and supplier performance tracking.

Additionally, Flexport has launched the industry’s first real-time pricing engine for end-to-end ocean freight services. The platform now offers enhanced visibility and notification features, including improved delay detection and more accurate delivery predictions.

Flexport CEO Ryan Petersen emphasized the company’s advantage in AI-driven logistics, highlighting its vast data resources and ability to integrate AI across its operations. With these advancements, the company aims to simplify global trade and improve efficiency for businesses worldwide. The company plans to continue its technological innovation through a semi-annual product release cycle, with the next update expected later this year.
