Daimler Truck Middle East Africa (DT MEA), a subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG, has broadened its responsibilities to cover 59 markets across the Middle East and Africa, reinforcing its commitment to delivering premium Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Buses, and FUSO vehicles. This expansion reflects DT MEA’s strategy to be more closely aligned with its partners and customers, especially in rapidly developing markets.
Building strong partnerships
With two advanced warehouses dedicated to genuine parts supply and a state-of-the-art training center to nurture regional talent, the company continues to focus on operational excellence. Michael Dietz, CEO and President of DT MEA, emphasized the strategic importance of this move to enhance the company’s regional presence and partnerships, ensuring top-tier service and products across its expanded remit.
Based in Dubai, DT MEA manages operations across the MEA region, overseeing the complete commercial vehicle portfolio, including service and parts activities for Mercedes-Benz and FUSO brands, as well as Freightliner and Western Star vehicles. This shift positions DT MEA to further capitalize on growth opportunities in these critical markets.
