The systems, beneficial Cargo Owners (BCOs) and Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) can benchmark carriers’ historical reliability down to specific port pairs. With insights into carriers’ current and future networks, users gain extra dimensions for carrier selection, enabling informed contract decisions.
After issuing a purchase order, shippers at the origin can select the best carrier and vessel within a defined time frame, factoring in potential delays, omissions, and blank sailings. For bookings already in transit, importers can manage downstream impacts of delays or omissions more effectively by leveraging early and accurate estimated time of arrivals (ETAs).

Ocean carriers through TrueTransit can benchmark their performance across trade lanes or specific port pairs, evaluating both operated and partner vessels. By inputting an origin and destination (port, country, or region), users receive detailed insights, including: Departure and arrival times for individual vessels, services, or carriers, comparisons of proforma (marketed) transit times with actual delivered transit times, average delay metrics for departures at load ports and arrivals at discharge ports, and cancellation rates, including blank sailings and omissions.
